Classes are every Tuesday morning from 9:45am—11:00am

Our professional trainer will guide you through fits of laughter as you experience a back to basics program in getting fit. A concept guaranteed to burn calories, sustain your cardiovascular activity and provide the ultimate in strength training.  After the mucking segment ends you will find yourself immersed in a relaxing yoga session, followed by an organic herbal tea .

AMANI ACRES has developed this exercise program guaranteed to leave you refreshed and inspired. Betweens fits of laughter,  true honoured sisterhood and living the AMANI experience—you will be pleading for more! Proceeds from this class will be donated to the BluRein Foundation. 

Cost per person/session: $ 15.00 each + gst

Six week session: $85.00
